Khazar Momeni, 38, was arrested last month after allegedly crashing her car near the Tenderloin area of San Francisco. She was booked on suspicion of DUI, hit and run, failing to drive within a lane, and failing to provide proof of financial responsibility.

The incident involving Khazar Momeni took place on November 27 when she allegedly crashed her white Mercedes coupe into two parked cars. Two firefighters claimed to have witnessed her inhaling from a whip-it cartridge while behind the wheel, and police found two canisters in her car at the time of the collision. Momeni, who also goes by her married name Elyassnia, was a close friend of Bob Lee and was with him on the night of his murder in April. Reports suggest that Momeni and Lee may have had a romantic relationship and were known to frequent underground sex and drug parties within San Francisco's elite circles.

Nima Momeni, Khazar's brother, was arrested for the murder of Bob Lee and is accused of stabbing him to death due to his relationship with Khazar.
