Taylor Swift Reschedules Argentina Show on 'Eras Tour' Due to Chaotic Weather

The 'Midnights' singer, Taylor Swift, has announced the rescheduling of her second 'Eras Tour' show in Argentina due to extreme weather conditions. The concert, originally planned for November 10, was pushed to November 12 for the safety of the fans, performers, and crew. Swift took to Instagram to explain her decision, stating, "I love a rain show but I'm never going to endanger my fans or my fellow performers and crew." She also expressed her excitement about staying in Argentina longer.

Travis Kelce, a rumored love interest of Swift, was reported to have arrived in Buenos Aires on Friday, further fueling speculation about their relationship. Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, coincidentally has a bye week, allowing him to support Swift during the international leg of her tour.

Despite the postponement, Swift received some positive news as the 2024 Grammy Award nominations were announced. Her album, "Midnights," garnered six nominations, including one for Album of the Year. This ties her with Barbra Streisand for the most all-time album of the year Grammy nominations by a female artist. Additionally, her song “Anti-Hero” was nominated for Song of the Year.

The Kansas City Chiefs, including Travis Kelce, will not play again until November 20 when they face off against the Philadelphia Eagles, led by Kelce's older brother, Jason Kelce. While many players take small vacations during the bye week, Kelce has chosen to attend Swift's concert in Argentina. However, he remains focused on his NFL duties and plans to return in time for practice on Monday.

Kelce had hinted at a special trip during a recent episode of his podcast, "New Heights," with his brother. The international leg of Swift's 'Eras Tour' includes stops in Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and S??o Paulo, Brazil, among others. The tour will conclude in Vancouver, British Columbia, on December 8, 2024.

Swift's absence during the past two Chiefs games led to speculation about Kelce's performances. Against the Denver Broncos, he had six catches for 58 yards and no touchdowns, followed by a game against the Miami Dolphins in Frankfurt, Germany, where he had just 14 yards on three catches. However, the Chiefs emerged victorious in the latter game.
