In a shocking and disturbing incident, an Ohio man named Charlie Glenn has expressed forgiveness for his ex-girlfriend, Tonya Nester, after she was arrested for shooting him in the testicle. The incident took place when Glenn agreed to take a walk with Nester, who unexpectedly revealed that she had a pistol on her. Glenn immediately became cautious and demanded to see the weapon, stating that he would not go anywhere with her if she was carrying a gun. However, in a horrifying turn of events, Nester proceeded to pull out the pistol and shoot Glenn.

According to Glenn's account to local news station WXIX, Nester initially claimed that the gun was only a pellet gun. However, when Glenn insisted on verifying her claim, she callously shot him. Despite being injured and bleeding, Glenn summoned all his strength and managed to wrestle the pistol away from Nester, later disclosing that his family members immediately dialed 911.

Following the brutal assault, Glenn's friend, Paul Carpenter, rushed him back to his house for immediate medical attention. Carpenter, who was visibly shaken by the incident, shared his concerns about Glenn's condition, saying, "My thoughts were, 'Was he okay, you know, is he dead? Is he alive?' I didn't know, but they said he was okay and, you know, it wasn't life-threatening."

Meanwhile, a family member witnessed Nester fleeing from the crime scene and running through an alley. Law enforcement officers were eventually able to apprehend her about half a mile away from the house where the shooting took place. As a result, Nester was immediately arrested and subsequently booked into the Butler County Jail on a $100,000 bond. She now faces charges of felonious assault.

The motive behind this horrifying incident remains unclear. Carpenter expressed his disbelief at the violent act, stating, "It's unfortunate that somebody would [do that]. I don't know if they had relationship problems or what, but to do something like that is horrible."
