According to TMZ, Lin categorically denies Doherty's accusations that she and Alyssa blocked Doherty from visiting Holly Marie Combs in the hospital back in 1999 when Combs underwent surgery to remove a tumor from her uterus.
Lin questions how she and Alyssa could have possibly prevented anyone from entering Combs' hospital room. Moreover, she dismisses Doherty's claims that the Milanos caused friction between her and Combs on the set of "Charmed." Lin asserts that she couldn't have contributed to any tension as she was not on set every day and had her own business to attend to.
In fact, Lin goes on to reveal that Combs was actually friendly with the Milano family and would often join them for dinner, as the actress' parents didn't live nearby. Lin concludes her statement by expressing her well wishes for Doherty, who is currently battling cancer.

Doherty, on her podcast "Let's Be Honest," claimed that she "cried every single night" while filming Season 2 of "Charmed."
