Other notable winners included "Last Week Tonight With John Oliver" for Best Scripted Variety Series, Niecy Nash-Betts for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for her role in "Dahmer, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story," and "RuPaul's Drag Race" for Best Reality Competition Series. "The Daily Show With Trevor Noah" took home the award for Best Talk Series.

The ceremony also recognized the impact of television over the years, with the Academy presenting the Top 75 Most Impactful Television Moments. Additionally, the event showcased the fashion highlights from this year's Emmys, offering viewers a glimpse into the glamorous world of the red carpet.

As the night progressed, more winners were announced, including Paul Walter Hauser for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for his performance in "Black Bird." "Elton John Live: Farewell From Dodger Stadium" was named Best Live Variety Special, and Steven Yeun and Ali Wong were recognized as Best Actor and Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie for their roles in "Beef."
