San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies were responding to a wellness check request when they reached the area off Highway 395 outside the community of El Mirage around 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Initially, they discovered five bodies, and the sixth was found the following morning, according to sheriff's spokesperson Mara Rodriguez.
