Woman attacks Charlie Sheen at Malibu home using deadly weapon: deputies

06:36 23.12.2023

Charlie Sheen, the actor known for his role in "Two and a Half Men," has become the victim of a violent attack in his own home. The incident occurred on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in Sheen's Malibu residence. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department responded to a battery/disturbance call in the 6000 block of Cavalleri Road after a woman, identified as 47-year-old Electra Schrock, forced her way into Sheen's home and assaulted him.

According to law enforcement sources, Sheen heard knocking on his door and opened it slightly, only to find his neighbor, Electra Schrock, standing outside. However, Schrock quickly pushed her way into Sheen's home and began grabbing at his neck. Fearing for his safety, Sheen attempted to escape, but Schrock relentlessly pursued him throughout his home.

During the altercation, Schrock repeatedly grabbed at Sheen's neck, eventually ripping his shirt. Sheen managed to call 911 while being attacked, pleading with Schrock to release him. Fortunately, the commotion caught the attention of neighbors who intervened and helped remove Schrock from the premises. Sheen informed the police that Schrock lives above him and that he had a previous issue with her before this incident.

This is not the first time Schrock has had a brush with the law. She had a felony arrest in March 2023, indicating a pattern of criminal behavior. Presently, she is in custody at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood and is scheduled to appear in court.

Representatives for Sheen have yet to respond to requests for comments regarding the incident. This attack comes as Sheen makes his return to television, starring in the new TV series "Bookie." Sheen expressed his joy at returning to the industry after battling drug addiction and alcohol abuse, describing it as a surreal experience. He will be working alongside comedian Sebastian Maniscalco, who portrays a Los Angeles bookie in the show.

Reflecting on his troubled past, Sheen compared his downward spiral in 2011 to a "demonic possession" during an interview on "Loose Women." However, after six years of sobriety and maintaining a predictable routine, Sheen feels ready to embrace the spotlight once again.

Moving on to the details of the assault, sources reveal that Sheen's alleged attacker, Electra Schrock, is his neighbor. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has confirmed that they arrested Schrock for assault with a deadly weapon, force likely to cause great bodily injury, and residential burglary. The motive behind the attack remains unknown, but TMZ reports that Schrock ripped Sheen's shirt and attempted to strangle him before returning to her own home.

TMZ's sources also claim that Schrock had left trash in front of Sheen's door the day before the assault, suggesting a possible simmering feud between the two neighbors. Sheen himself was the one who called 911, and though paramedics were called to the scene, he did not require hospitalization.

Schrock made her first court appearance on Friday following the attack. Sheen has reportedly had previous incidents involving Schrock, even suspecting her of vandalizing his car with a sticky substance. The recent assault comes just days after Sheen revealed to People magazine that he has been sober from alcohol for almost six years and has been focusing on his role as a single father to his 14-year-old twin boys.

In a candid interview with the outlet, Sheen admitted that he quit drinking after breaking a promise to his daughter. One morning, he had forgotten about an appointment he had promised to drive her to, having already consumed alcohol that day. Realizing the disappointment in his daughter's eyes as a friend had to drive them instead, Sheen made the life-changing decision to stop drinking.

As the investigation into the assault continues, Sheen remains resolute in his commitment to his sobriety and his role as a father. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the challenges Sheen has faced and overcome, highlighting the importance of maintaining a stable and healthy lifestyle.
