In the video, she discussed her own sensory processing differences and how they made her acutely aware of the stress-inducing or stress-relieving effects of sound.

Prior to attending Middlebury, Arianna had graduated from the prestigious Milton Academy in 2023. At Middlebury, she took a seminar on Mindfulness in Education taught by Melissa Hammerle. It appears that Arianna was home for Christmas break when the tragic incident occurred.

The Kamal family's financial troubles have also come to light, adding another layer of complexity to this heartbreaking story. Online records indicate that the family's mansion went into foreclosure a year ago and was subsequently sold for $3 million.
