The video, which has since gone viral on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, shows Officer Marlett sharing a passionate kiss with the scantily clad woman before accompanying her to the back of his squad car. The disturbing clip, accompanied by Spanish commentary from onlookers, garnered attention for its inappropriate nature, especially given the presence of children playing nearby. The video appears to have been filmed at Carson Park, located beside Oxon Hill High School, according to ABC 7News.

Allegedly, he had severely beaten his girlfriend's 3-year-old child, causing the child to lose consciousness.
