The holiday season is officially in full swing, and one band that never fails to bring the Christmas spirit is the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO). Known for their haunting and anthemic holiday staple, "Christmas Eve / Sarajevo 12/24," TSO is hitting arenas all over North America on their 2023 'The Ghosts of Christmas Eve Tour.' With 88 shows remaining on their schedule, TSO fans still have plenty of opportunities to catch the Yuletide and pyrotechnics loving group in action.

The tour kicks off in Albany's MVP Arena on November 29, followed by headline shows at Rochester's Blue Cross Arena on November 30, Buffalo's KeyBank Center on December 2, and Long Island's UBS Arena on December 20. For those looking to attend these ambitious concerts, there is still time to grab last-minute tickets. Some tickets are even available for as low as $40 before fees on Vivid Seats.

The tour schedule extends throughout the month of December, with notable stops in Seattle on November 25, Phoenix on December 3, Houston on December 10, Kansas City on December 16, and Detroit on December 23. Ticket prices for these shows typically range from $41 to $100 before fees.

While "Christmas Eve / Sarajevo 12/24" may be TSO's most beloved song, fans are encouraged to explore the band's other greatest hits. Start with the peaceful Christmas Canon before diving into the more epic "Wizards In Winter." For a heavy rendition, finish off with "O Come All Ye Faithful / O Holy Night." These songs are sure to get everyone in the mood for a rocking holiday.

But TSO isn't the only live Christmas show worth checking out this winter. Mariah Carey, Pentatonix, Andrea Bocelli, Lindsey Stirling, and Il Divo are just a few of the other must-see Christmas tours happening across the country. For those looking for a different kind of holiday entertainment, "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" is hitting the road with a nationwide tour.

From November 26 to December 28, the classic 1989 film will be screened at nine venues all over North America. What makes this tour even more exciting is that each showing will be followed by a Q&A with star Chevy Chase. Chase will share behind-the-scenes stories from his time on set and answer questions from the audience about his iconic roles in "Saturday Night Live," "Caddyshack," and "Three Amigos."

Fans in New York and New Jersey can catch Chevy Chase on December 6 at Sheas Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, NY, and on December 15 at New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ. Tickets for all shows are currently available, with prices ranging from $40 to $70 before fees.

For those interested in streaming the "National Lampoon's Vacation" movies, all five films are available for viewing. This is a great way to brush up on the Griswold family's hilarious adventures before attending the live screening of "Christmas Vacation."

While Chevy Chase is beloved for his comedic roles, he has also been involved in a fair share of controversy. Throughout his career, Chase has had public feuds with fellow comedians, including a physical altercation with Bill Murray backstage at "Saturday Night Live." He was also banned from hosting the show after making homophobic and sexist slurs towards fellow cast members and writers. In recent years, Chase was let go from the show Community after allegedly verbally abusing Donald Glover with racist insults and slurs.

If Chevy Chase's tour is not coming to a city near you, there are plenty of other comedians to catch on the road. Steve Martin and Martin Short, Jerry Seinfeld, Tina Fey with Amy Poehler, Adam Sandler, and David Spade are just a few of the big names touring in 2023. With so many exciting live Christmas shows and comedy tours happening, there's no shortage of entertainment options to get into the holiday spirit this year. Whether you're rocking out with Trans-Siberian Orchestra or laughing along with Chevy Chase, there's something for everyone to enjoy this holiday season.
